Include your device, whether you used a browser or the installed app, and what happened. We’ll reply as soon as we can. Please start with a description, not your private memories. Never send your password, sign-in codes or recovery links.

Signing in or confirming your email

On the account page, choose “Forgot your password?” or “Resend confirmation email.” Check spam and use the newest email. If a link expires, request another. Password recovery is best completed in the browser that requested it.

When a save is unfinished

Keep Prause open, reconnect and wait for “Kept in your private space.” A device-only copy has not finished syncing. Avoid clearing storage or reinstalling while a save or recording is unfinished.

Microphone or camera access

Allow access in your browser or device settings, then try again. You can always keep a written thought instead. If a recording was interrupted, return to the same account on the same device and check for a recovery notice before clearing anything.

Music and recordings

Tap play to start your room sound. If Spotify cannot connect, choose a built-in sound or quiet. Spotify playback depends on its account and device requirements, and is not mixed into voice memories. Listen to a voice preview before keeping it.

Your memories stay yours

Use My space & backups to export or restore a full backup. Read the backup and recovery guide. Account deletion is available in settings or on the account page; contact us if it does not finish. For personal-information questions, see Privacy, with care.
